“Always Eat After 7 PM” by Joel Marion Part 3

This post is brought to you by our sponsor, “Always Eat After 7 PM”. The opinions expressed below are my own.

“Always Eat After 7 PM” by Joel Marion Part 3

I’m now on week 3 of the Always Eat After 7 PM program by Joel Marion and it’s been wonderful. This program has made healthy eating so much easier for me and cured my night time cravings. Now I have more energy to keep up with my grandchildren and I am feeling happier. Joel Marion’s Always Eat After 7PM program makes dieting easy and eliminates 90% of reasons for resistance.

I am really enjoying the recipes in the book which are super-easy to follow and come with ingredients that I’ve had no trouble finding at home already! My favorite so far has to be the No Bake Salted Caramel Bars, which was a huge hit with the whole family!

"Always Eat After 7 pm is a three-phase program that teaches you how to lose big by strategically eating big when you are naturally hungriest—in the evening. This may sound too good to be true, but let me assure you it is no gimmick. It’s all about making strategic and smart food swaps, and you can still eat your favorite foods.”

Based on surprising science, Always Eat After 7 PM debunks popular diet myths and offers an easy-to-follow diet that accelerates fat-burning and allows you to indulge in your most intense food cravings: Eating the majority of your calories at night! Check out my blog post from week 1 and week 2.

  1. Interesting! I always heard you shouldn't eat at night.

  3. I have heard several mention this very recently. I never diet (although I could use to lose 10 or 20 pounds) I just hate to starve at night or go without sweets. But with eating after 7 and seeing that delicious looking chocolate dessert, I think I should check this plan out further!

  4. I was always told not to easy after 7pm because you'd gain more weight, I'd be really interested to hear a different angle on that

  5. This is an interesting article. I wasn't aware of the eating after 7pm rule. I was taught that you eat before that time and definitely a few hours before going to bed. I think I might try this out. Thanks!

  6. This sounds like an interesting concept. I am indeed hungriest at night and I feel deprived if I don't eat late.

  7. Oh no! I was doing the opposite and eating less at night and more in the beginning of the day. Maybe I will try the switch.
