Atomi is aiming to provide riding worry-free experience to all users. That's why they offer 12 months of warranty on any manufacturing defect and another 12 months of repairs at cost (you pay what it costs them, no mark-up), for a total of 24 months of coverage. This is the longest warranty period in North America.

When it comes to the scooter's assembly, it weighs approximately 35 pounds (excluding the charger). The Atomi Alpha is a folding scooter with a hinge, and the assembly process only requires attaching two hex screws. While the alignment of the holes was nearly perfect, some adjustments were necessary to ensure proper threading. The charging port is cleverly concealed under the fold-down kickstand, which also comes with a dust cover. However, it should be noted that the scooter cannot be turned on while it is being charged. 

The scooter comes with a Bluetooth app that offers a range of convenient controls and settings, including navigation, vehicle positioning, battery information, riding records, and mileage tracking. However, it is important to mention that the app is not necessary for adjusting settings such as drive mode, lights, odometer, and units.
