  3. Although asking for feedback is great, some businesses overdo it. I don't want to take a survey every time I deal with your business, thank you very much. I think that many of them also don't care enough about their existing customers. If you can give a price break to your new customers, you can give it to your existing ones.

  9. My tip is to have a giveaway especially if you are a new business or have a new product. You will get a lot more attention than if you just advertise your business or new product.
