Want To Get The Most Out Of Your Trip To The West End? Read This!

The West End is one of New York’s most famous tourist attractions. Sitting just off Times Square, it’s the world’s premier theatre location, home to the most talented performers and stunning shows.

Broadway, however, can be a confusing place. While it has a certain magic about it, many people find it challenging to settle on something to watch. There’s just too much choice!

On the plus side, practically every show is fantastic. You don’t get to perform on the world’s premier stage unless you’ve got something good to offer people. But while the majority of productions are high quality, you don’t want to wind up watching something that doesn’t suit your tastes, even if it is good in its particular niche. If you have limited time in New York, then you want something that will allow you to get the most out of your trip.

Fortunately, the following infographic is here to help. The idea is simple. If you’re not sure what to see, it will guide you to something that will suit you, based on the responses you provide.

Just answer the following questions - “yes” or “no.” Once you’ve responded to a question, move onto the next and do the same. Eventually, you’ll arrive at a class of show that corresponds with your tastes, preferences, and experiences, helping you avoid picking the wrong thing. You’re then free to choose the suggestions in the box or another production not mentioned but in the category.

Don’t sweat your choice. Make it simple with this handy tool:

  18. That's a fun infographic! I've been to a ton of Broadway shows when I lived in NJ and NYC. My suggestion for anyone is to plan to be in the TKTS line by 6:30am. It's located at 47th & Broadway. You have to get there early if you have your heart set on a specific show. The good ones sell out first. xoxo
